Donald Trump?s Temperament Was Top Social Moment on Facebook, Twitter During Debate

Facebook said 18.6 million U.S. users generated 73.8 million posts, likes, comments and shares related to the debate Monday night, adding that Facebook Live videos related to the event were viewed some 55 million times throughout the course of Monday.
Donald Trump accounted for 79 percent of conversation on Facebook, while Hillary Clinton was the topic of 21 percent of conversation. The gap was not as wide on Twitter, with Trump at 62 percent and Clinton at 38 percent.
Trump?s claim that his temperament is his strongest asset was the most social moment on Facebook and the most tweeted about moment, followed on Twitter by Trump?s comments on stop and frisk and the two candidates? exchange about plans to defeat ISIS.
