Akuto: Mad World is all about making a bloody mess of your friends by having them fight with swords and guns in arenas where people probably shouldn't be walking around without hard hats on.
Giving each player a colorful, goofy-looking avatar, Akuto: Mad World will have you shooting and slashing a handful of your pals in local deathmatch. Mind you, while you're weaving around enemy strikes and trying to land your own, you'll want to keep an eye on the environments. Spike traps, subways, wrecking balls, and all kinds of things are kicking around the level waiting to clobber someone who's distracted by all of the chaos going on.
Expect to hop back in quickly, though, as the new Early Access release of the game drops you right back into combat within seconds. If that's not enough blocky-bloody fun for you, the game is expected to feature single player modes, a map editor, and other mini-games as it continues development.
