Grow More Powerful Based On The Junk You Lug Around In RPG I Am Overburdened
Players grow in power not from thumping orcs in I Am Overburdened, but based on the junk they're willing to lug around in the procedurally-generated, highly goofy roguelike.
I Am Overburdened casts players as a hero out for precious treasure, heading down into an ever-changing labyrinth to find artifacts that contain handy attacking powers. There are over one hundred different powerful (and kinda goofy) artifacts to find, but the trouble is that the player can only carry twenty inventory slots worth of stuff. Players will have to make a bunch of hard choices on whether to keep or toss the things they find along the way, making constant inventory decisions if they want to live (and they do, since death is permanent).
I Am Overburdened promises some roguelike dunegon crawling fun, but also with a pun-filled sense of humor for those who don't like to take their adventuring too seriously. And for those who like organizing their inventory spaces. And I mean, who doesn't like a nice, clean inventory"
I Am Overburdened is available for $4.99 on Itch.io and Steam. For more information on the game and developer Magic Item Tech, you can head to the developer's site or follow them on YouTube and Twitter.
