Bungie Announces Release Time For Destiny 2’s Eater of Worlds Raid Lair in Curse of Osiris
Players won’t have much time to get ready, because the new endgame content for Destiny 2 is coming quickly. Curse of Osiris introduces a Raid Lair, a slightly smaller Raid experience that will take place on the same Leviathan ship that houses Destiny 2’s main Raid. The “Eater of Worlds” Raid Lair will be launching at 10 AM Pacific on Friday, December 8.

Few details are known about what the Raid Lair will entail, but is said to be just as challenging and fun as any Raid created for Destiny so far. The Raid Lair is an additional node on the Leviathan, and Bungie Community Manager Deej showed a quick tease of how the activity will take Guardians deeper into the belly of the beast rather than up to the top of the city. Data miners have uncovered some hints that it will involve the Vex, which makes sense given Curse of Osiris’ focus on the biomechanical hive mind. The team behind the Raid Lair promises new puzzles, content, and a whole new boss to fight, along with a second Raid Lair expansion coming to the Leviathan with Expansion II in the Spring of next year.
