Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare & Modern Warfare Remastered Need 130GB of Space on PS4
Discovered by Charlie Intel, French retailer Micromania is giving out empty Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition boxes along with the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Campaign early access codes. According to the back of the box, the Legacy Edition, which comes with a physical version of Infinite Warfare and digital version of Modern Warfare Remastered, requires a minimum of 130GB of free space.
So far, we know the MWR Campaign early access is a 40GB download, which could also be the size of the full game. If it is, that means Infinite Warfare takes up 90GB on its own. Of course, it’s possible the PS4 Pro support and PlayStation VR mission take up a good chunk of that space, and the files for the additional Modern Warfare Remastered maps (Bloc, Countdown, Pipeline, Showdown, Strike, Wet Work) coming in December may also be included in the 130GB estimate. If you pre-ordered one of the Infinite Warfare special editions, the MWR Campaign early access is now live on the PlayStation Store. As Activision explains, after November 3 you’ll have to install the full version of MWR to keep playing:
