A reported leak that allegedly came from a Russian Overwatch group purportedly reveals the game’s next hero, Sombra, alongside some details on the rumored Halloween-themed event.
The image above has appeared on several websites and supposedly comes from an internal Blizzard website. You can see the actualy image with some accompanying text below that claims Sombra is “one of the world’s best and most notorious hackers” who worked with “the Los Muertos gang in Mexico” until “she attracted to much unwanted attention and had to go underground.” Sombra was later recruited by “the mysterious Talon organization.”
As for the Halloween-themed event, if this leak is to be believed then Overwatch is getting a new mode which may tie into the event. It comes with three difficulties and tasks players will protecting a castle “from the Zomnics and Dr. Junkenstein’s evil allies.” “The harder the difficulty, the more points you can earn,” reads the image.
