Sorry everyone, we aren't getting the 0.16 Minecraft Pocket Edition [$6.99] update today after all. According to developer Tommaso Checchi's twitter account, they've messed up those adorable Creepers, so 0.16 is going back into the oven for a few days to get all the bugs baked out of it. A pity because I was really looking forward to getting my hands on all the new features. In case you've missed the news about 0.16, or the Boss Update as it is also called, we'll be getting bosses - the Elder Guardian and its Ocean Monuments, the Wither, and so on - as well as the first implementation of Add-Ons, which the developers call the first step towards even greater levels of customization of the game. We kind of messed up Creepers, so 0.16 won't come out today... we need a few days to fix bugs. Sorry!

We are also getting slash commands, which will let you change time and weather, summon mobs, change blocks, teleport, and much more, Realms get import and export support, and even more features. This is a pretty big update, so I hope we won't have to wait too many days to get our hands on it.
