Frontier Developments has announced that it’s teaming up with distributor Sold Out (The Banner Saga, Overcooked) to bring its space adventure, Elite: Dangerous, to retail. Boxed versions of the Legendary Edition will be out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year.

Last December, Frontier said that it’ll bring Elite: Dangerous to PS4 in Q2 this year with all expansions to date, the full Horizons Season Pass, and following features for DualShock 4:
Touch Navigation ? Explore Elite Dangerous? map of the Milky Way with a swipe using touch pad controls that make navigation fast and easy. Extra Control ? Customize four additional touchpad ?hotkeys? to suit your own play style.
Fast Headlook ? Quickly track your enemies in the heat of combat with optional motion-based headlook controls powered by the DualShock 4Â wireless controller.
No release date or further details are available at this time but we’ll update our readers when we have more info.
