Hello gentle readers, and welcome to the SwitchArcade Round-Up for April 17th, 2020. When I went home yesterday, I did so with the idea that today’s release schedule wasn’t going to be very busy. I was trying to think of what I could include to fill out what would otherwise be a fairly quiet article. Well, a whole lot of games dropped out of the sky, friends. And that means we’re once again just covering new releases and the latest sales. As for the news: Crysis Remastered is coming to Switch, Burnout Paradise appears to be aiming at a June 19th release date, and Star Wars Episode I: Racer has a launch date of May 12th. Let’s get to the new stuff!
New Releases
Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope ($14.99)

SwitchArcade Highlight! For those not in the know, Shovel of Hope is Shovel Knight’s campaign that formed the basis of the original Shovel Knight game. Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove includes a lot of additional campaigns and modes, and I’d certainly recommend that route if you have the money for it. If you’ve only got fifteen bucks to spend, though, this a la carte adventure with the titular hero is a grand good time. One more time for the people in the back: if you own Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove, you already own this campaign. Do not buy this again unless you like giving tips to the Yacht Club Games people.
