Blizzard has been improving Hearthstone (Free) quite a bit since Blizzcon. Sadly, the time I’ve spent in the game has been reduced since early December with the iPad crash bug. Today, Blizzard has begun rolling out update 16.2 for Hearthstone on PC with the mobile update set to arrive later today. This update brings a lot of new content and improvements. The iPad crash bug has been addressed going by the patch notes. Galakrond’s Awakening Chapter 1 goes live with this update. Watch the trailer below:

Galakrond’s Awakening is spread out across four chapters which roll out each week. You will be able to unlock 35 new cards through the comlpete adventure that will play out like in the old Hearthstone days. The new cards range from the likes of The Amazing Reno to Chaos Gazer and Dark Prophecy. As expected, Heroic Mode will let you unlock an additional card back. Hearthstone update 16.2 brings Tirion Fordring and Millhouse Manastorm to Battlegrounds with two new minions. Animations in Battlegrounds have also been fixed with new information on opponents visible during games. Hopefully this update arrives on iOS soon.
