Facebook announced that businesses on the social network can now link their Facebook, Messenger and Instagram accounts and receive all communications from those channels in a single inbox.

The social network said in a Facebook for Business post that the new inbox will roll out to brands using the Pages application ?in the coming weeks,? with other devices to be added soon.
Facebook added that Pages users can start the process by clicking the messaging icon at the bottom of their pages in the app and navigating to the Instagram tab, where they will be prompted to log in, adding that brands with Facebook and Instagram accounts that are already connected via Instagram ads will automatically receive the update, and nothing that interactions with Messenger are already included in pages? inboxes.
The updated inbox will also allow brands to tap on users? names in order to see their publicly available profile information and previous interactions with their businesses.

Facebook said in the Facebook for Business post that pages alone receive nearly 5 billion comments, messages and posts by visitors each month, adding:
