Pac-12 Networks-Twitter Livestreaming Pact Set to Kick Off
The first games were announced in the livestreaming pact between Pac-12 Networks and Twitter, which was inked in July.
The Pac-12 Conference announced in July that Twitter will be the ?premier streaming partner? for its Pac-12 Plus broadband network, which will feature more than 150 live games throughout the 2016-17 academic year in sports including soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, baseball, ice hockey, swimming, diving, softball, track and field, wrestling, lacrosse, tennis and water polo.
The initial slate of games to fall under that agreement is (all times PT):
Thursday, Oct. 6: women?s soccer, University of Oregon at University of Colorado, 2:30 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 14: women?s soccer, Washington State University at University of Utah, 6 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 27: women?s soccer, University of California-Berkeley at Arizona State University, 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28: women?s volleyball, University of Arizona at Oregon, 7 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 29: ice hockey, Harvard University at Arizona State, 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 2: men?s swimming and diving, California at Stanford University, 2 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 4: women?s volleyball, University of California-Los Angeles at Arizona, 6 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 10: women?s volleyball, Colorado at Oregon, 7 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 12: women?s volleyball, UCLA at Stanford, 7 p.m.
