Crowtel Renovations has slipped onto Steam, bringing Crowtel's classic singing action to the platform. Expect to use your high-speed chirping song to blast toilet blockages, hostile ghosts, and lazy contractors as you struggle to get your hotel up to code before inspectors pick up on how poorly you run the place.
Crowtel Renovations isn't just a straight port of the original, though. It adds Croaktel, another platformer in the Crowtel universe, which has you playing as a frog that can breathe bubbles on folks to get them out of the way. The platforming in Croaktel is a little bit harder than its predecessor, but just as silly, given the broken down hotel rooms you have to navigate.
The whole thing is just super cute, solid platforming, and the sound effects are top notch. Especially how the Frog says "Hey" every time it jumps. It needs to be heard. It cracks me up based purely on its effects, and if you can sell me a game just based on some goofy sounds, you're probably doing something right.
