Kimmy Will Tell A Story Of Summer Babysitting And Friendship
Many will have memories of what it felt like to spend a Summer babysitting. It's an odd experience as a teenager, having to learn what it's like to play like a kid again when you've reached a state when you're supposed to be too cool for this stuff anymore. Kimmy is a game about those days, having you become Dana, a young babysitter taking care of Kimmy, playing games with her and helping her make friends during those long, hot days.
Kimmy is the next work from Nina Freeman, developer of Cibele and level designer of Tacoma. It's a collaborative work with artist Laura Knetzger and developer of Sunburn, Aaron Freedman.
Little is known about the game so far, other than that you will get to know Kimmy over the course of a Summer spent meeting new friends and playing games using found trinkets. Still, it already looks very cute, and I'm excited to hear more about it when it releases this year.
For more information on Kimmy, you can head to the game's site. To learn about its developers, you can head to Nina Freeman's site or follow her on Twitter, you can go to Laura Knetzger's site or follow her on Twitter, and you can follow Aaron Freedman on Twitter.
