SEUM: Speedrunners From Hell Gets Big Content Update, Wipes Leaderboards
SEUM is every speedrunner's dream or, well, nightmare. It looks like the bastard child of Quake and feels like Super Meat Boy in first person. The game is also utterly ridiculous and has a rockin' metal soundtrack. Essentially, you're playing as some dude called Marty who ventures into hell to... get his beer back" Alright, then.
SEUM: Speedrunners From Hell may be silly, but it's truly a whole lot of fun if you can warm up to the idea of replaying stages to shave off precious milliseconds from your run. And it just got a whole lot better thanks to a big content update, adding new levels and a replay feature (so you can watch other people be better than you), removing glitches, and wiping the leaderboards. While that last part might not make every player happy, now is the best time to get into the game - even more so considering the current 35% discount.
You can purchase SEUM: Speedrunners From Hell from Steam and the Humble Store for $9.74. For more information about this infernal game, visit hell the game's website or follow developers Pine Studio on Twitter.
