A new patent that Sony has filed for its upcoming PS5 home console could point to loading screens as being a thing of the past.  Loading screens have become a norm in gaming and the thought of not having any of these “vicious” screens has me elated beyond belief.  Sony has yet to share all the official details regarding the PS5 but we do know that the system will sport an SSD when it’s released next year.  It looks as though this SSD along with this patent may eliminate landing screens altogether come 2020. This is awesome news and I cannot wait to hear more regarding PS5 and its inevitable released.
