Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games has been a series that has been around for some time now. The franchise first started on the Wii system but this is my first foray into the series. I don’t know why I skipped it over the years, but Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 was my first time playing this series (keep that in mind as you read this review).
From the initial starting screen, one thing immediately popped out at me and that was the presentation of the title. The presentation and the way everything is presented to the player is pure joy. The colors and graphics POP off the TV screen and feature some of the most vibrant color palettes that can be found on any home console.
