In case you missed today’s news, the Nintendo Direct broadcast that was supposed to be happening has officially been delayed. There was a massive earthquake in Japan and the company has decided to delay the show. Nintendo of America had the following to say on their twitter account:

Due to the powerful earthquake in Hokkaido, Japan, we have decided to delay this week?s planned Nintendo Direct. We will provide a new time and date in the near future. Thank you for your understanding. If I were a betting man, I would imagine that we will see the new Nintendo Direct sometime next week. As always, I will be happy to share the news on its new date and time when it gets announced. For now, let’s all speculate what Nintendo will be showing (I have some info on it but I cannot share it, sorry).
