Featuring the song Suns and Stars performed by Really Slow Motion, EA and DICE released a Battlefield 1 single-player trailer today, giving you a look at the characters, environments, and gameplay of the campaign.
As DICE explains, “In Battlefield 1 you?ll experience a series of what we call War Stories: personal stories focusing on different protagonists with unique backgrounds and skills. While our characters are at war, the stories in Battlefield 1 are personal. They?re about people rather than history or battles.”
Because they felt that having one character moving between different settings and scenarios wouldn’t be immersive or respectful to the setting, DICE “decided on an anthology format; a set of characters with their own more focused stories. That way we can have immersion and variety ? a double win.” Here’s the War Stories DICE has revealed for Battlefield 1:
