To help you rank up even faster in multiplayer, Infinity Ward and Raven Software have announced that both Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered are hosting Double XP Weekends this weekend.
The event starts at 10am PT/1pm ET today, November 25 for both games and runs until 10am PT/1pm ET on Monday, November 28. Infinity Ward said, “Weekend plans" Celebrating a holiday" Everything just got better. Double XP in Infinite Warfare Multiplayer starts Friday.”
As for some of the known issues in Modern Warfare Remastered, Hodge says, “We are working on a fix for the controller buttons getting stuck in weird states after round transitions.” To help avoid this issue, Hodge adds, “If you have a custom controller setup, don’t press buttons during the intermission screen.” If you’re looking to buy Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered, the Legacy Edition is $59.99 USD ($20 off) at various retailers during Black Friday. It’s also discounted as part of this month’s PlayStation Store Flash Sale.
