First No Man’s Sky Content Update Will Include Audio Changes

Responding to a tweet asking about possible new music in patch 1.09, No Man’s Sky Audio Chief Paul Weir revealed that the first content update will include audio changes:

Nope, no audio changes yet. There will be for our first content update.

After clarifying that the new music heard after 1.09 was due to the player visiting a blue system for the first time, Weir added that there’s no date for the first content update or the new music:

“New music is in the works, haven’t finalised exactly when it will make it into the game, but as soon as I can.”
“Just to be CLEAR, I’m not promising when the new music will go in, just as soon as we can. There will be new audio regardless.”
