EA has announced today that the Battlefield 1 Turning Tides expansion pack, the third of its kind for the game, will be releasing in two waves, the first of which is set to launch on December 11 for Battlefield 1 Premium Pass owners.
According to EA, the first wave of Turing Tides will give players access to two new maps, including Cape Helles and Achi Baba. In a new Operation set on those maps, players will be able to take part in the 1915 British amphibious assault on the Gallipoli peninsula. There will also be a new Infiltrator Elite Class, six weapons, and two melee weapons coming to players who own the expansion.
The second wave, which is set to launch in January 2018, will throw players into the North Sea to tackle two other maps: Zeebrugge and Heligoland Blight. The second wave will also give players the chance to jump into battle with the Royal Marines and spawn on the C-Class Airship. Battlefield 1 They Shall Not Pass and Battlefield 1 In the Name of the Tsarfree trials will be available between November 22nd ? December 4th and December 8th ? December 10th. Players can log in to Battlefield 1 on these dates to fight with (or against) the French and Russian Armies and sample new maps, weapons, and vehicles.
