‘Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp’ Is Getting an Optional Paid Subscription Called “Pocket Camp Club” This Week
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp (Free) has had many updates since it launched with collaborations across not only Nintendo brands like Splatoon but also non Nintendo ones like Sanrio for exclusive items. Nintendo introduced an optional paid subscription in Mario Kart Tour that costs as much as Apple Arcade recently. That clearly is working out for them because Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is getting in on the paid subscription action with two plans.
As revealed from an in-game notice, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp will introduce the Pocket Camp Club on November 21st. There will be two plans available. The first plan will let you appoint one animal to take care of your camp and help you around. The second plan will let you receive fortune cookies and store your furniture and clothing in warehouses. Pricing and other details will be revealed a day before the subscription launches.
I’m interested to see pricing for this because it feels like out of all of Nintendo’s mobile games, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is not close to the juggernauts of Dragalia Lost and Fire Emblem Heroes but still above the releases that are forgotten like Super Mario Run. Do you still play Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp regularly" Check out our forum thread for it here.
