‘Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night’ Is out Next Month on iOS and Android as a Premium Release with Pre-Orders Now Live on the App Store
The recent Kickstarter success story Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night from ArtPlay was confirmed for iOS and Android last month. The mobile version is being published by NetEase. If you’ve not played it yet on any other platform, read Shaun’s review of the Switch version of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night here. It delivered what many wanted from Castlevania and has an excellent soundtrack. Today, NetEase confirmed (via Gematsu) a December release date for the iOS and Android versions of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. The iOS pre-order link was first spotted by metalcasket in our forums and it still looks like a placeholder with an Unreal Engine icon. The official NetEase announcement confirms the iOS and Android pre-order and pre-registration links. Hopefully the App Store page gets updated with more information and a proper icon soon. Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night on mobile has optimised controls for touchscreens with changes to the interface and a new achievement system. This release includes all console DLC as well right from the get go. I can’t wait to see how this runs and looks compared to the Nintendo Switch and PS4 versions. Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night releases on December 4th in most parts of the world. It is priced at $9.99.
