‘Raziel: Dungeon Arena’ Gets Huge Update with New Playable Hero, New Mercenary System, Halloween Costumes, and Tons More

After making a big splash in China for the past couple of years, developer Indra’s dark fantasy action RPG Raziel: Dungeon Arena finally made its way overseas back in September, bringing its gorgeous visuals, hack ‘n slash gameplay, and oodles of loot to a whole new audience of players. With that initial launch period behind them, Indra is now focused on the first major update to Raziel which adds all sorts of new stuff to what was already a content-filled game.
First and foremost this update adds a new playable hero to the roster, an elven druid named Pirrosa Mander who “finds herself a reluctant but infinitely valuable ally of the human struggle against the undead invasion." Her ranged fire spells and shape-shifting abilities make her a nice complement to swap back and forth to from a heavy-hitting melee-focused hero like Rock or Bison. Players will be able to unlock Pirrosa Mander for free by collecting Blazing Mysterious Shards or Almighty Shards. Another major portion of this latest update to Raziel is a new mercenary sidekick system which allows you to recruit mercenary companions to tag along and assist you in battle.
