Hello everyone, and welcome to the week! It’s time once again for our look back at the noteworthy updates of the last seven days. After taking last week off to conduct some important confidential business for the Shadowy Consortium that rules TouchArcade Towers, I’m back once again to bring you an assortment of updates to check out as you enjoy your morning coffee. Of course, you can keep an eye out for updates yourself using AppShopper or by participating in the TouchArcade forums. This weekly summary is just here to fill you in on the things you might have missed. Let’s dig in!

Dungeons of Chaos REVAMPED ED., $5.99

BARDS. GLORIOUS, GLORIOUS BARDS. Dungeons of Chaos is always getting great updates, and this one is a corker. It adds a new advanced player class in the form of the bard. You can access it from the Chapter 2 Castle Hall, and any player class can switch to it. Bards have six class-specific skills and 16 instrument-based powers to use, and as you might guess you’ll want to be equipping your bard with a musical instrument of some sort. Don’t worry, though, as you’ll now find them sold in shops and rarely among loot. Add in some new achievements, some new skill trainers, and a special instrument as an arena award, and you have a bard-tastic update. There are some other additions, tweaks, and such, but I’ll let you sort those out.
