Hello everyone, and welcome to the week! It’s time once again for our look back at the noteworthy updates of the last seven days. I’ve gathered up a bunch of big and small names to see what they have to offer us this time around. Only as I finished did I realize that I forgot to include the Obligatory Free-to-Play Matching Puzzle Game Update. Well… I’m sure nothing bad will happen. Probably. Of course, you can keep an eye out for updates yourself using AppShopper or by participating in the TouchArcade forums. This weekly summary is just here to fill you in on the things you might have missed. Let’s go for it!

AFK Arena, Free

The marketing people for AFK Arena would really, really like everyone to know that Ezio from Assassin’s Creed is now in the game. That’s right. Get in the corner, SNK. We’ve got a real star in the house now. Beyond all that stuff, There’s a new Mauler hero named Drez, a new event called the Abyssal Expedition, some new adventures, a new campaign chapter, and a whole lot more. If you haven’t checked this game out yet, now is as good a time as any. I may bust the game’s chops in this feature now and then, but it’s actually surprisingly fun.
