Hello everyone, and welcome to the week! It’s time once again for our look back at the noteworthy updates of the last seven days. Wow, there are lots of neat updates in the list today. Some Apple Arcade games got huge updates, some free-to-play titles have neat events going, and we’ve got a couple of the usual suspects to go with those. Of course, you can keep an eye out for updates yourself by participating in the TouchArcade forums. This weekly summary is just here to fill you in on the things you might have missed. Let’s go for it!

Jetpack Joyride, Free

When something unusual is occurring in your local area, which person are you going to telephone" Ha, fantastic song, I remember the lyrics perfectly. Jetpack Joyride‘s latest collaboration is with the classic franchise Ghostbusters, mostly drawing from the first film. It features what the description calls “iconic characters". They include Zuul (the Gatekeeper dog-thing that Dana Barrett becomes), Vinz (the Keymaster dog-thing that Louis Tully turns into), and Mooglie (apparently, this is the name of the ghost in the logo, which I did not know until now). You get a free Slime Blower Jetpack, and you can ride a Terror Dog. There’s also a Dr. Barry Buster costume, three new jetpacks in the form of the Proton Pack, Slimer, and the Filing Cabinet, the Ecto-1, some new vehicle and SAM skins, and of course some great backgrounds based on the movies.
