Developer Pixel Envision, who last brought us the clever puzzler kubic [$1.99] when it was published by Appsolute Games exactly one year ago, have another neat looking puzzler in the works, a minimalist game called noded. The game has you folding up a collection of nodes connected with a line in an effort to match the shape shown at the top of the screen. It actually sounds quite similar to kubic but with node-folding instead of block-placing. Check out the trailer.

noded will include 80 hand-crafted levels and a soothing soundtrack by Kyle Preston of Prune [$3.99] fame. You can challenge yourself to complete each puzzle in as few a moves as possible, but there are no time restrictions or anything like that and it sounds like noded is aiming to be a relaxing puzzle experience. It's set to release on August 2nd for just 99¢ with no ads or in-app purchases, so puzzle fans should keep an eye out for noded in a couple of weeks.
