Degica, English publisher of the popular RPG Maker series, has brought a mobile variant of the popular game-making software to mobile. RPG Creator [Free] is now available in English. While the game isn't quite as extensive as the desktop RPG Maker software, this will let you create your own RPGs on the go, from your phone! You can upload your own assets (or use default ones), create events, edit an extensive database, and share your creations. Plus, you can play games created by others and upload them to the web. Neat!
