See Ron Gilbert's 'Thimbleweed Park' Running on an iPhone
The upcoming adventure game Thimbleweed Park has some pretty big names behind it and some pretty big shoes to fill, too. The game is being developed by Ron Gilbert and Gary Winnick, two of the creators of the amazing Lucasarts adventure game Maniac Mansion, one of my favorite adventure games. We've already talked about the game in the past, but today we got a video of the game running on an iPhone for the first time. First of all, I'm glad to see it will be playable on phones too and not just on tablets. The visuals look great, as to be expected given the game's pedigree.

If you haven't heard about the game yet, Thimbleweed Park is all about these two federal agents investigating a case regarding a body found in the river. However, when they start discovering more about the city, the body ends up being the least of their worries. The game has five playable characters, which should make for some fun moments. The game will launch for other platforms in Q1 2017 and for mobile a few months later. If you want to follow the game's development, check out these great dev blogs.
