‘Trails of Cold Steel III’ Coming to Switch in Spring 2020
Friends, if you’re anything like me, you’ll be excited about this. Falcom’s Trails of Cold Steel III is being brought over to the Switch by NIS America and will release in the Spring of 2020. Originally released on PlayStation 4 in Japan in 2017, it only recently saw a localization into English by NISA. This is the first game in what is now Falcom’s flagship series to hit Nintendo hardware, and that does present a tricky problem. Unlike a lot of other RPG series, the Trails games have a lot of interconnected narrative elements and characters. You’ll probably want to at the very least play Trails of Cold Steel I and II before playing this one. So… maybe grab a Vita" I hear they’re cheap these days.
