There might be many ARPGs on the App Store at the moment, but that's not necessarily a bad thing since it is a genre that works well on mobile because it usually offers frantic action in quick bites dressed in pretty visuals. The World 3 will be joining the ranks of ARPGs on the App Store August 25th, and looks like it's going to be a good addition. In The World 3 you'll be fighting some tricky monsters that for instance might play dead and stab you from behind. You'll need to use the right skill to eliminate each enemy, which is a claim many games make and I hope this one really makes it work.

The game will offer 4 different maps with 6 stages each, for visual variety, and some huge bosses, each with its unique combos and skills. The World 3 brings a Combo Break system to the game that lets you stop enemies' combos and skills. The developers hope this system will make timing your blows more important than just whacking away. When compared to The World 2, The World 3 is bringing more interesting gameplay such as solving puzzles rather than just focusing on fighting against bosses. There will even be missions where you have to protect NPCs (I hope those NPCs have good path-finding skills). The game will release August 25th and should please fans of ARPGs.
