CTO Adam Messinger, VP of Product Josh McFarland Out at Twitter
Twitter continued to hemorrhage top executives, with Tuesday bringing the departures of chief technology officer Adam Messinger and vice president of product Josh McFarland.
Messinger did not reveal his future plans, saying in a tweet that he will ?take some time off.? He had been with Twitter since 2011.

McFarland joined Twitter when it acquired his ad technology startup, TellApart, in April 2015.
He is heading to Greylock Partners, where he will be an investment partner. McFarland also announced his departure in a tweet.

Greylock added in an announcement that McFarland will join the firm in the first quarter of 2017, saying of his appointment:
