Mobile entertainment company Seriously announced the release of Best Fiends Forever, the second game in the Best Fiends franchise. The clicker or idle game allows users to help the Fiends defeat the Slugs while traveling through the land of Minutia.
In Best Fiends Forever, players can tap to attack enemies. The faster players tap, the faster they will defeat enemies and earn coins. As players collect coins, they can spend them on upgrades for their tap power.
Enemies are grouped into levels and as players complete specific levels, they will recruit Fiends for their teams. These Fiends will automatically attack enemies, even when players aren’t tapping. In addition, users can upgrade the attack power of their Fiends using coins. As players progress, they will also unlock special abilities, like an temporary auto-tap ability. Users can spend coins to upgrade the effectiveness of these abilities.
Elsewhere, as users play, they will eventually unlock a portal that allows them to reset their progress in exchange for Boom Stones. Users can spend these Boom Stones on special souvenirs, which can increase the amount of damage they deal with each tap, or increase the number of coins they collect as they play, among other bonuses.
