Snapchat announced the launch of Geostickers, special stickers that are only available in specific cities around the world.

Geostickers are available in Los Angeles; New York; San Francisco; Washington, D.C.; Honolulu; London; Sydney; São Paulo; Paris; and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Users will need to have location services enabled to access them.
Geostickers can be sent to friends through chat messages, as well as placed on top of Snaps. Snapchat is available to download for free on the iTunes App Store and Google Play. The app was recently updated with Bimoji support, allowing users to connect to their Bitmoji accounts and access personalized emoji stickers.
