Umbrella Games and Color Blind Studios, whose previous collaborations include Nukleus [Free] and Jump Or Stay [Free], have announced an exciting new mashup of hook-swinging and lip-locking called Kiss Hero. Similar to swinging classics like Hook Champ [$2.99 / Free] or Hanger World [Free] in Kiss Hero you'll swing a disembodied head through levels filled with danger as well as other disembodied heads that you can kiss and carry along for the ride while you two smooch it up. Yeah, it's pretty weird.

I'm not sure what would prompt anyone to think of mixing kissing and a rope-swinging game, but as I would imagine Tina Belcher might say, "Kissing goes with everything." As with any good mobile arcade game, there's also an extensive cast of unlockable disembodied heads to collect and play as during your kissing adventure. It all looks very strange but I'm a sucker for swinging games, so I'll be anxious to get my hands on Kiss Hero when it launches on April 6th.
