Super Rude Bear Resurrection - Platforming Success Through Piles Of Corpses

Super Rude Bear Resurrection is a hyper-difficult platformer, to be sure. However, seeing that bear with the backwards hat die over and over and over again isn't going to make you snap your controller in half. Instead, it will provide a puffy pile of corpses that will cushion your fall and protect you from the game's hazards, paving a path for you to safely beat each level.

For once, failing makes your life easier in a brutal platformer.
Super Rude Bear Resurrection has our title bear being sent back to medieval England to face his nemesis, The Wizard. It's an odd enemy for a bear to have, but the bear looks like he's kind of a jerk so maybe I understand the wizard's dislike. Anyway, players will have to guide the bear through arrays of ruthless traps, hopping through narrow holes in order to make it through each stage of spikes, explosives, and cutting blasts.
Or, you could not do that. You could instead die in those traps, leaving your body as a convenient buffer against them. Dying leaves a handy soft corpse to protect you from each trap, so you can just layer any given stage with corpses until you can get by. It's a solid mechanic that makes the constant death of vicious platformers into a useful thing, and ensures you'll beat each level...eventually. Also, it rewards me losing my temper and throwing myself into spikes a few dozen times, which happens eventually in every platformer like this. So that's a bonus for me.
