It has been revealed that Doom for the Nintendo Switch has been custom built for Nintendo’s hybrid home console. Bethesda had the following to say regarding the game:
?DOOM on Switch is custom-built for the hardware and while graphics won?t be 1:1 with other platforms, the game will deliver the amazing DOOM look and feel that fans are excited to get on Switch.? I was very surprised to see this game revealed during this weeks Nintendo Direct and I plan on picking up the game when it’s released later this year. My fingers are crossed for this one my friends.
