By now you may have read (or seen) that Metroid Prime 4 is indeed restarting in terms of development. Yes my friends, you read that correctly, the development for one of the Switch’s most anticipated titles has officially restarted (they are making the game from scratch)!! Although this is disappointing news to say the least, the game is now being developed by Retro Studios (what have they been working on anyway for the past number of years) who were responsible for the first 3 in the Prime series. Apparently the game did NOT live up to the standards from Nintendo, so expect big delays for this one. Nintendo apologized in a video release don their YouTube channel and I pray we hear something soon from the company (GIVE US A NEW DIRECT TO SHOW US SOME GAMES) I recently uploaded an all new podcast discussing this news, so be sure to give it a listen below.
