Those of us hoping for an official release date for the recently announced Overwatch 2 will have to wait some time for the news; as of this writing, there is no timetable for the games release. Overwatch 2 was officially shown over this weekend and fans were clamoring for a release date (including yours truly). Jeff Kaplan stated he simply has no idea when the game will be released. Here is what he had to say regarding the games upcoming and inevitable release: ?I don?t know. I have no idea,? Kaplan said. ?Like, just let us make it great, that?s what we care about more than anything. We don?t have a date in mind.? He also warned that the Overwatch team will probably ?go dark? after BlizzCon while it works on the game.
