Kazuo Hirai, Sony’s CEO for the last 6 years, has announced that he will be stepping so the companies head honcho. Instead, he will serve as chairman of the company, which will take effect on April 1st. Kenichiro Yoshida, who is the current CFO of Sony, will be promoted and will take over as CEO on April 1st.
