It has been revealed that Sony has not showed any interest in developing a successor to the PS Vita handheld system. In comments made to Game Informer as part of the 25th anniversary for PlayStation, here is what the company had to say regarding the situation:
?PlayStation Vita was brilliant in many ways, and the actual gaming experience was great, but clearly it?s a business that we?re no longer in now,? I am not convinced yet to be honest…. I think they will release a competitor to the Switch in some form. We will see my friends….
