Attention all Stranger Things fans! If you?ve watched and loved season 3 for the popular Netflix series, then I recommend this game for you. Stranger Things 3 The Video Game has officially arrived on Nintendo Switch and if you’re a fan of the series, you may want to pay attention.

This action adventure game plays through the events of the entire third season. So make sure you?ve watched the season before playing the game or there will be some major spoilers!
While unlocking playable new characters, the game is comprised of fun quests and defeating creatures of the upside down. You can play co-op and tackle these bosses with your friends. I loved that the creators decided to give an 80s feel to the game by doing retro style graphics. You felt like you were playing an old school Nintendo game through out the entire adventure. While the game was not long and events straight forward, it was still a game worth giving a shot, especially if you’re a fan of the series.  

We intentionally kept this review short and sweet as we didn’t want to give anything away about the game or its events (it really does follow the season to a tee).
Overall, if you’re a fan of the series, it could be a decent pick up for your Switch library. Even though the length of the game is a bit on the short side, fans of the series will no doubt enjoy this title.
