Earlier today it was announced that Drake was being added to NBA 2K18:
October?s very own is coming to NBA 2K18 and is ready to take it from 0 to 100 real quick. Visual Concepts announced today on Twitter that Drizzy Drake will be coming ?to a Neighborhood near you.? This is a reference to the NBA 2K18?s The Neighborhood mode, which acts as a social space for created characters. It also says that Drake will be ?verified,? so you don?t have to worry about No Frauds.
It’s a natural fit considering how interwoven hip hop and basketball are. Many famous rappers have expressed their love for NBA 2K in songs, and even more have been known to play basketball. Today’s announcement got my mind rolling, and I’ve come up with 16 other rappers that I’d love to see added to NBA 2K18 in the future.
