It’s no secret by now that in order to get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, you need to pre-order Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare AND pay a little extra. While that might have rubbed some people the wrong way, that’s the price you have to pay if you want to play one of the genre’s most defining titles.
