Update: Here’s the patch note for today’s Black Ops 3 update:

This game update addresses a number of general performance and security issues.

Original Story: 1.36GB to 1.61GB on PlayStation 4, and 2.1GB on Xbox One, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 update 1.21 is now available to download.
Activision’s Support site hasn’t said what’s included with the update yet, and the in-game message after installing 1.21 only says, “We’ve got all new weapons and Specialist Themes available now in the Black Market.” When official patch notes are released, we’ll update this post.
