Devil May Cry, Dragon’s Dogma Dev Apologizes for Not Bringing New Game to E3

Hideaki Itsuno, known for his work on Capcom titles including Devil May Cry and Dragon?s Dogma, revealed back in January that he was working on a new game, which he plans to announce this year. Many fans were looking forward to hearing something at E3 but unfortunately, Itsuno had nothing to share this past week.
Over the weekend, the developer took to Twitter to apologize for not turning up to the event but also added that his project is “progressing smoothly.”

Sorry to not announce anything at E3.

Please wait as my project is progressing smoothly. E3????????????????????????????????????

Fans have been hoping for a new Devil May Cry game for quite some time but we don’t have any info on Itsuno’s upcoming work so we have nothing further to share at this time. We’ll update our readers as soon as we have the details.
