Larry Hryb Discusses Sony Securing Exclusive In-Game Content
PAX Australia kicked off today, and Xbox’s Larry Hryb, who is also known by his Xbox Gamertag Major Nelson, gave the opening keynote. After his address had ended, Hryb held a question-and-answer session with fans at the event. During this part of the panel, the conversation moved over to how Sony had secured exclusive in-game content for major releases such as Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Watch Dogs 2.

As expected, Hryb answered the question with class and didn’t try to shame Sony’s business practices. “Major Nelson” knows that this is a business, and that Microsoft will make similar bids in the future when it makes sense for them. Every deal has to be taken individually, and it’s only a good thing for gamers that both companies are aggressively going after deals. This will only make Sony and Microsoft perform better in the long run.
