After giving us three full updates last week, Naughty Dog has only released a single live update this week for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, which addresses some issues with multiplayer.
Removing Madagascar City from playlists, increasing Match Completion XP bonus for Plunder, and more, here’s what changed with Live Update 1.10.024 yesterday:

Fixed some medals not activating in particular scenarios. Affected medals: Rope Melee, Pull Down, Heavy Weapon King, El Dorado King, Avenger
Fixed level unlock items that were not rewarded due to store connectivity issues: It will now properly queue the items so you will be rewarded as soon as store connectivity is restored
Removed Madagascar City from playlist rotations to prevent a crash. Will be added back in 1.11 with a fix for the crash Fixed overlapping text for Ranked TDM unlock progress screen
Fixed text color changes due to Gifting Booster use
Increased Match Completion XP bonus for Plunder
Updated levels to address gameplay exploits

Naughty Dog’s also working on “exploit fixes and a method for reporting cheaters.” You can report any technical issues over here.
There’s currently no release window for Uncharted 4 update 1.11.
